The ability to back up private Microsoft Teams chats is available for an additional charge. Review the sections below for information on this feature.
Enabling Private Teams Chat backup
You can enable this functionality from the Features tab of the SaaS Backup portal. Follow these steps to do so:
- In the NinjaOne SaaS Backup Partner Portal, navigate to the Organization you wish to back up and click the Features tab.

- Activate M365 Private Chat Backup.

Archiver will begin backing up private Microsoft Teams chats and retaining that data based on your retention plan settings.
