Issue
Zendesk tickets are not being marked as resolved.

- Zendesk integration
Cause
Zendesk ticket templates have fields that can be marked as "Required to resolve a ticket." When these fields are marked as required, the Zendesk API for NinjaOne is unable to validate the data.
Resolution
Do not mark fields as "Required to resolve a ticket" if the template is to be used with the NinjaOne integration.
