Issue
The NinjaOne NMS Manager Service is not installed or running on a machine.
Environment
NinjaOne Network Management System (NMS)
Cause
This may occur if the initial installation steps are not completed properly.
Resolution
Follow these steps to install the NinjaOne NMS Delegate:
- Install the NinjaOne agent on your NMS device. Refer to NinjaOne NMS: Network Discovery for instructions.
- Restart the NinjaRMMAgent service.
