Issue
The macOS device is reporting the antivirus as "off" in NinjaOne.
Environment
- NinjaOne integrated vendors
- Bitdefender GravityZone
Cause
A missing kernel extension installation may cause this issue.
Resolution
- Manually activate the required modules. Access the Security & Privacy settings on the device. If you see the message, "System software from application 'SecurityNetworkInstallerApp' was blocked from loading," click Allow.
- Select all options to update and install.
- Reboot the device.
