Bitdefender GravityZone Troubleshooting: Incorrect Product State for macOS

Issue

The macOS device is reporting the antivirus as "off" in NinjaOne. 

Environment

  • NinjaOne integrated vendors
  • Bitdefender GravityZone

Cause

A missing kernel extension installation may cause this issue. 

Resolution

  1. Manually activate the required modules. Access the Security & Privacy settings on the device. If you see the message, "System software from application 'SecurityNetworkInstallerApp' was blocked from loading," click Allow.
  2. Select all options to update and install.
  3. Reboot the device.
