Description

NinjaOne administrators can set technician access to the NinjaOne SaaS Backup dashboard to one of three different access levels. 

Technician Role Permissions

• No Access: The technician is unable to access or view the NinjaOne SaaS Backup dashboard.
• View: The technician can view but not edit or affect data in the NinjaOne SaaS Backup dashboard.

• Full Admin: The technician can view the NinjaOne SaaS Backup dashboard, manage services, and perform restores on each organization.
