Unable to Deploy Apps and Books Content

Issue

My Apps and Books will not install content to devices.

Environment

  • NinjaOne MDM
  • Apple iOS
  • Apple iPadOS

Cause

This is likely caused by Apple updates to their terms of service and end-user license agreement (EULA).

Resolution

You must review and accept all Apple updates, including updates for Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Apple School Manager (ASM). Failing to do so will prevent Apps and Books content from deploying to your devices, and you will be unable to enroll using ADE.
