Fix Cloud Monitor Alerts Not Creating Zendesk Tickets

Alerts raised from a NinjaOne cloud monitor condition do not create tickets in Zendesk.

Cause

The issue with the condition failing in Zendesk could be related to several factors based on the integration and configuration settings

Resolution

This is a known issue that we are currently working to fix. We expect the problem to be resolved in our upcoming version 9.0 release. Thank you for your patience.
