NinjaOne Backup: Linking SaaS Backups to a NinjaOne Organization

This article discusses how to link your SaaS backups to a NinjaOne Organization for easier backup management.

Description

Linking your preexisting SaaS Backup Organizations allows you to manage them from the NinjaOne Portal. NinjaOne will continue to enhance this feature through ongoing product development. 

Procedure

1. In the NinjaOne Portal, click Administration in the navigation menu, then click Apps and select Installed from the expanded options.

2. Scroll through your enabled apps and select NinjaOne SaaS Backup. This is a separate app from the NinjaOne Backup app.

3. Click the Link Organizations button on the right side of the window. The Link Organizations modal will appear. Select your NinjaOne Organization in the left column, and the SaaS Backup Organization to link in the right column, and click Save.

Your organization will now show as Linked in the NinjaOne Portal.

Unlinking a SaaS Backup Organization

In the SaaS Backups app, place your cursor over the NinjOne Organization linked to the SaaS Backup Organization. Then click the three-dot icon that appears on the right side of the window, select Actions, and click Unlink Organization.
