Fix GravityZone SSO Access Issues

Issue

The server returns the following error to the user:

Environment

  • NinjaOne integrated vendors
  • Bitdefender GravityZone

Cause

This issue can occur when the user changes the auto-provision email in the GravityZone console.

Resolution

Change the user's email address in GravityZone to match the email address assigned to them in NinjaOne.
