Where in NinjaOne can I attach files?

Custom Fields

The "Attachment" custom field type allows you to upload a photo or document. On most dashboards (end user, organization, device), you can find custom fields under the Custom tab.

Knowledge Base

You can upload documents to the Knowledge Base on the system and organization dashboards. Refer to NinjaOne Documentation: Knowledge Base Feature to learn more. 

Related Items

You can upload an attachment in the Related Items widgets throughout NinjaOne. Refer to Device Notes & Related Items for more information. 

Ticketing

You can upload attachments to a ticket via Public Response or Private Note. Refer to NinjaOne Ticketing: Ticket Handling for more information. 

What is the size restriction for attachments?

Attachment files currently have a 20-megabyte file size restriction.
