ConnectWise Manage: Troubleshooting

Issue

Error 403 appears when creating a new ticket template.

Environment

  • NinjaOne Integrations
  • ConnectWise Manage

Cause

This error occurs when the Table Setup configuration is not complete on the ConnectWise Manage platform.

Resolution

Perform the following steps to resolve the issue.

  1. Log in to your ConnectWise Manage account. 
  2. Click System in the bottom left corner and select Security Roles
  3. Select the security role that was used to create the integration with NinjaOne (Ninja-API). 
  4. Click System and then click Customize in the table setup.
  5. Assign access permission according to Step 5 in the NinjaOne Integrations: ConnectWise Manage REST API Key Setup article.
  6. Save your changes.
