Issue
Error 403 appears when creating a new ticket template.
Environment
- NinjaOne Integrations
- ConnectWise Manage
Cause
This error occurs when the Table Setup configuration is not complete on the ConnectWise Manage platform.
Resolution
Perform the following steps to resolve the issue.
- Log in to your ConnectWise Manage account.
- Click System in the bottom left corner and select Security Roles.
- Select the security role that was used to create the integration with NinjaOne (Ninja-API).
- Click System and then click Customize in the table setup.
- Assign access permission according to Step 5 in the NinjaOne Integrations: ConnectWise Manage REST API Key Setup article.
- Save your changes.
