Issue
Android devices are not connecting to Remote Desktop.
Environment
NinjaOne Remote
Cause
This issue occurs following the Microsoft Android RDC update 10.0.19.1279.
Resolution
Update Microsoft Android RDC to the new version. If you are still unable to connect the device, download an earlier version of the Android remote desktop connection.
