Environment

NinjaOne SaaS Backup

Description

NinjaOne SaaS Backup empowers you to back up your client's Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace documents to protect them from a disastrous loss, whether malicious or accidental. The application protects against accidental deletion, ransomware, sync errors, and other data loss scenarios that Google and Microsoft don't.

NinjaOne partners can set up and monitor NinjaOne SaaS Backup directly in NinjaOne and access the separate standalone NinjaOne SaaS Backup Partner Portal (formerly known as Dropsuite) as needed for backup configuration and restores. Your customers can access the backups and controls for their organizations via the NinjaOne SaaS Backup-End-User Portal.

NinjaOne SaaS Backup administrators can:

  • View the status dashboard and generate reports directly in NinjaOne.
  • Enable and modify backups for Microsoft 365 domains.
  • View the status of recent backups per account.
  • View usage of Microsoft 365 products in the NinjaOne portal to keep track of billing for clients.
  • Provision a new (or modify existing) NinjaOne organization for SaaS Backup.
  • View which SaaS services each organization is using.
  • View Seat usage per organization.
