Issue
During SCIM provisioning, I receive an HTTP 500 stating, “An internal error has occurred.”
Environment
NinjaOne Identity Access Management (IAM)
Cause
This error may indicate an identity collision, which means an identical email address already exists in a different NinjaOne division, or SCIM attribute mappings from the identity provider are not aligned correctly.
Resolution
First, verify whether duplicate email addresses exist for other divisions. If you cannot identify the duplication or correct it, create a ticket with NinjaOne Support and provide the email address that caused the error.
