Issue
An integrity check for a protected endpoint's backups fails with the error message, "INTEGRITY_CHECK_FILE_NOT_FOUND 313."
Environment
NinjaOne Backup
Cause
This error occurs when NinjaOne cannot find a specific file during the integrity check.
Resolution
Restore the integrity of the data on the Network Attached Storage (NAS) volume. If the integrity check is unable to find multiple files, recreate the backup plan by performing the following steps:
- Delete the backup plan from the policy.
- Delete the backup data associated with the plan.
- Set up the backup plan again under the policy.
