Fix Autotask Integration Permission Errors

Issue

Autotask presents an error when I check companies and attempt to add new device role mappings. 

Environment

NinjaOne Integrations: Autotask

Cause

This error occurs when the Autotask user configured for the integration lacks one or more of the permissions required to read data requested by the integration, such as company information or related entities. Autotask returns a generic permission error, which surfaces in NinjaOne as a failed company check or role mapping attempt.

Resolution

Verify that the Autotask user login information for the integration has permissions enabled to query the Products entity in Autotask.
