How does NinjaOne work?
NinjaOne allows IT teams to monitor and manage endpoints via a lightweight agent application on the device. The agent transmits data from the device back to Ninja for analysis and from Ninja to the device for execution.

What types of devices can I monitor with NinjaOne?
NinjaOne allows you to monitor and manage Windows, Mac, Linux, and VMWare endpoints along with SNMP devices and your cloud infrastructure.
Does NinjaOne integrate with other products?
Yes, we curate a significant number of single-pane integrations. You can find a list of those integrations here. We also offer a robust API you can use to integrate with other products not directly supported by Ninja.
Do you have a public product roadmap?

How does NinjaOne protect my data?
NinjaOne implements security controls that regulate authentication, authorization, and access which prevents malicious acts. These controls include a password policy, enforced multi-factor authentication, restricted access to source code, restricted access to cloud environments, restricted access to production services and environments, encryption of data in transit and at rest, and logging, monitoring, and auditing of access activity. Does NinjaOne track my computer?
Ninja monitors the health and productivity of an endpoint, secures and updates computers, enables IT to remotely support users, helps IT keep track of company assets, and automatically remediates common IT issues. Ninja does not monitor user productivity or behavior, monitor browsing behavior, see or share user passwords, or track your location.

Why can’t I find pricing on your website?
