Assigning a static phone number for SMS notifications is not an option at this time. If you receive a prompt indicating your phone country code is not supported for SMS MFA, select an alternative MFA option.
Users cannot register for SMS MFA if their phone number uses a country code not supported by NinjaOne. Unsupported countries include:
