The alerts can trigger notifications sent via SMS, Teams, Slack, email or PagerDuty to technicians. Techs can link directly to the device in question within the CrowdStrike Falcon dashboard when signed into both products. Once resolved, the alert is closed on the NinjaOne side, closing the threat alert loop.

Once enabled in NinjaOne, CrowdStrike Falcon sensors can be installed to endpoints you select and mapped automatically to CrowdStrike Host Management Groups with simple manual matching for any device group names that may vary between NinjaOne and CrowdStrike.
