FAQ
Why is there a warning displayed saying that invoices are unable to sync?
This warning appears when the integration is incompatible or does not have the necessary information to sync invoices.
Additionally, QuickBooks will not sync any invoices that you created before activating the integration. You must also update your agreements with the settings for the new integration.
What items do you support importing from QuickBooks?
Today, we support linking companies, account codes, and products to items in QuickBooks; we do not currently support importing products.
Will you support importing contracts and agreements from QuickBooks?
No, we will not support importing agreements because agreements in NinjaOne contain numerous configuration options that are specific to NinjaOne.
You must create agreements inside NinjaOne. We provide agreement templates to simplify this process.
Additionally, we do not currently track payment details or any changes to invoices made in QuickBooks after the initial synchronization.
Why do only some of my invoices appear in QuickBooks?
When you choose to export invoices from NinjaOne to QuickBooks, we will either move them to a Complete status if the synchronization is successful or to a Failed status if the synchronization results in an error.
Verify whether there was an issue with the synchronization by viewing failed invoices in NinjaOne.
