NinjaOne SaaS Backup: Accessing the SaaS Backup Partner Portal from within NinjaOne

Topic

This article explains how to access the NinjaOne SaaS Backup Partner Portal directly from NinjaOne.

Refer to our NinjaOne SaaS Backup Resource Catalog article for additional user guides.

Certain features of the NinjaOne SaaS Backup product require access to the standalone NinjaOne SaaS Backup Partner Portal (formerly known as Dropsuite).

Environment

  • NinjaOne
  • NinjaOne SaaS Backup Partner Portal

Description

Once you've activated your first organization via the NinjaOne SaaS Backup application in NinjaOne, NinjaOne creates a standalone NinjaOne SaaS Backup Partner Portal (formerly called Dropsuite). The integration creates an account in this standalone portal based on the email address of the technician who activated the NinjaOne SaaS Backup app.

By default, the account created in the NinjaOne SaaS Backup Partner Portal is the owner and full administrator of the portal and can log in directly as needed.

The following section describes how to access your NinjaOne SaaS Backup Partner Portal.

Accessing the NinjaOne SaaS Backup Partner Portal

Access the partner portal directly from NinjaOne by following these steps:

  1. In NinjaOne, navigate to Administration → AppsNinjaOne SaaS Backups.
  2. On the General tab, click the Go to (Region) Partner portal link listed in Settings → Partner portal URL (Region), or click the Open SaaS Partner Portal button. Either method will open your Partner Portal.
