Bitdefender GravityZone Troubleshooting: Error when removing SDK installation

Issue

Bitdefender installation failed, or NinjaOne failed to install GravityZone. 

Environment

  • NinjaOne integrated vendors
  • Bitdefender GravityZone

Cause

This error means the device was installed with the previous integration variant called “Bitdefender SDK,“ and GravityZone cannot be installed when the previous installation is present on the device.

Resolution

Reboot the device to remove the previous installation and start the GravityZone installation process.
