This article discusses the Android Remote Control feature for NinjaOne Mobile Device Management (MDM).

Description
Android Remote Control lets technicians remotely control managed Android devices like they can with managed laptops and desktop computers. This feature gives administrators and technicians the ability to:
- Provide fast, frictionless mobile support to employees using Android devices for work.
- Guide end users when performing configuration actions.
Accessing a device
- In NinjaOne, click Devices in the left-hand navigation menu, then click Organization.

- Click the name of the Android device in the Devices list.

- Click the NinjaOne Remote icon next to the device name.

4. Instruct the user to activate the Remote control toggle when the prompt appears on their screen. Your session will connect.
