Disable or Remove Bitdefender GravityZone Integration

This article describes the Bitdefender GravityZone Integration and the steps required to set it up in your NinjaOne instance.

If you decide to turn off the GravityZone integration in NinjaOne, all existing mappings between the NinjaOne organizations and GravityZone companies will be deleted and become unrecoverable. GravityZone will be disabled and no longer appear as an option in the NinjaOne policies.
You cannot use NinjaOne to remove the GravityZone software from devices. If you delete an organization with GravityZone enabled, the application will remain installed on the organization's devices.
You will be charged for these devices until you manually uninstall the GravityZone agent from within the GravityZone control center.
NinjaOne does not uninstall GravityZone agents. To fully remove them from your endpoints, use the uninstall tool available from Bitdefender's website (external link).
