This article explains how to uninstall the Bitdefender GravityZone Integration or deactivate and remove it from your endpoints.

Description
NinjaOne does not uninstall GravityZone agents. We recommend uninstalling agents via the BitDefender platform before losing access. If you cannot access the BitDefender platform, use the uninstall tool available from Uninstall Bitdefender (external link).
To uninstall the agent via the BitDefender platform, follow the instructions at Uninstall security agents (external link).
Keep these important notes in mind when you uninstall Gravity Zone:
- If you decide to deactivate the GravityZone integration in NinjaOne, all existing mappings between the NinjaOne organizations and GravityZone companies will be deleted and become unrecoverable.
- Once you uninstall Gravity Zone, it no longer appears as an option in the NinjaOne policies.
- You cannot use NinjaOne to remove the GravityZone software from devices. If you delete an organization with GravityZone activated, the application will remain installed on the organization's devices.
- Bitdefender will charge for these devices until you manually uninstall the GravityZone agent from within the GravityZone control center.
- You can uninstall Bitdefender GravityZone from the Bitdefender GravityZone console if you still have access to it.
