Adding a Raspberry Pi OS Device to NinjaOne
To add a Raspberry Pi OS device to NinjaOne, follow the process described in our NinjaOne Agent Installation: Add Device (Linux) article. When generating the installer (Add icon → Device → Computer), configure the Add a computer section with these Raspberry Pi-specific settings:
- Select the Linux option. Linux-specific OS configuration choices will open.
- In the Architecture drop-down menu, select either Raspberry Pi (64-bit) or Raspberry Pi (32-bit), making sure to choose the option that matches the installed OS version. If you are unsure of the OS version, run the following Linux command:
getconf LONG_BIT. The output will show your OS version.
