Are add-on features included in NinjaOne GravityZone Integration packages?
No. Modules vary per division, as customers may have different needs in terms of deployment. NinjaOne chooses to deploy the core modules for the integration, allowing the customer to choose their desired add-on modules from the GravityZone console.
Is it expected for Bitdefender GravityZone to take 15-20 minutes to install per device?
Yes. This timeframe is by design on Bitdefender's side. Depending on the number of modules you add, the installation time may increase.
Where can I find the endpoint ID used to map devices to GravityZone?
Navigate to Administration → Organizations → Bitdefender GravityZone.
If you cannot find the Bitdefender GravityZone section on the organization configuration page, this is because the NinjaOne organization was not properly mapped to the GravityZone company. For mapping instructions, refer to the Mappings section of the NinjaOne Integrations: Getting Started with Bitdefender GravityZone article.
Are Windows 2008 and 2008 R2 supported by Bitdefender GravityZone?
No. GravityZone no longer supports Windows 2008 and 2008 R2.
