Issue
The content token worked throughout the setup process for Apps and Books, but now it is displaying the following error:
Error synchronizing content token.Environment
- NinjaOne Apple Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Apple iOS
Cause
The Apple Business Manager (ABM) location cannot sync with more than one ABM token.
Resolution
If you are using ABM with Apps and Books, we recommend creating a new location in NinjaOne to generate a content token for syncing. Licenses can be transferred to this location in ABM.
