NinjaOne Allowlist (All Regions)

We will update NinjaOne Remote sessions to use static routing starting on March 31, 2026. This change will replace current dynamic IP load balancing with static IP load balancing and reduce the number of IP addresses per URL. Propagation may take 30 to 90 days.

NinjaOne Endpoint Management: OS Image Deployment Tool Tips and Tricks

We added the following information regarding the use of BitLocker:

If you are using BitLocker, we recommend fully decrypting and unlocking it on the target device or turning it off. Otherwise, the OS partition will appear as Unknown, and NinjaOne will not be able to detect the drive letter or any valid mountable file systems. The OS deployment tool only lists partitions that are mounted, readable, and have a supported new technology file system (NTFS).

NinjaOne Identity Management with System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM)

We added a how-to video and the following important notes:

  • Group mapping allows you to assign end user or technician roles to an identity group, including global end users; however, you cannot assign the system administrator permission as a group through SCIM.
  • If you are creating an IdP for a vendor that does not support the use of groups, you will receive an error when attempting to configure group assignment for SCIM.
