Issue
Backups for a protected endpoint fail with the error message, "Error 360: Cloud communication error."
Environment
NinjaOne Backup
Cause
Connectivity or networking issues are preventing the NinjaOne Backup agent from contacting Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud storage.
Resolution
Ensure that your environment's networking configuration meets the requirements defined in our Global Allowlist (Whitelist) Information article. If the issue persists, reboot the protected endpoint or restart its Lockhart application service.
