Description

Department Sync lets you save and group assign user attributes by department, eliminating the need to manually add each user

Setting up Department Sync

To set up Department Sync, follow these steps:

  1. In NinjaOne SaaS Backup End-User Portal, navigate to User Management.
  2. Click Assign Department.
  3. Find the user's email in the Department Management column, and activate it.
