Issue
An integrity check for a protected endpoint's backups fails with the error message, "INTEGRITY_CHECK_TOO_MANY_ERRORS_FAILED 311."
Environment
NinjaOne Backup
Cause
This error occurs when NinjaOne detects corruption in more than 100 files.
Resolution
Perform a disk integrity check and repair on the protected endpoint's volumes, and then attempt the backup again.
If the issue persists, recreate the backup plan by performing the following steps:
- Delete the backup plan from the policy.
- Delete the backup data associated with the plan.
- Set up the backup plan again under the policy.
