General Error Codes (File/Folder and Image Backup)
- Error 5: Access denied to agent due to EFS file encryption
- Error 13: Missing or insufficient permissions. Access Denied
- Error 20: Individual file deleted as folder backup path
- Error 131: Connect lost during backup operation
- Error 150: Database Error
- Error 310: Unable To Backup Volume
- Error 342: NAS Write Error
- Error 344: Network Storage Low Space
- Error 345: Critically Low Free Space on NAS
- Error 360: Cloud communication error
- Error 371: Error Reading File or Folder
- Error 375: Backup job cancelled
- Error 10053: Connection aborted by host machine
- Error 10054: Connection reset by host machine
Image Backup Error Codes
- Error 306: Snapshot deleted while uploading
- Error 307: Volume has less than 20% disk space available: May be insufficient to complete a VSS snapshot for backup job
- Error 308: Unable to determine free space
- Error 326: Fast Delta Failed
- Error 327: VSS Writer Error
- Error 132: VSS Error
Integrity Check Error Codes
- Error 311: INTEGRITY_CHECK_TOO_MANY_ERRORS_FAILED
- Error 312: Existing NinjaOne Backup repository root folder location missing
- Error 313: File not found
- Error 314: Inconsistent file
