Issue
A NinjaOne user has not received the email invitation after I created their account in NinjaOne.
Environment

Cause
If the email is not in the spam or junk folder, the cause of this issue is likely missing data.
Resolution
Once the user has accepted the invitation, the status will change to Registered. Use the following steps to check this status:
- Navigate to Administration → Accounts → All users.
- Click the gear icon (table settings) to add a column to the table.

- In the Table settings modal, select Email invitation from the Columns drop-down menu.
- Click Save.
- On the All users page, find the user and review the Email invitation column.
- If the invitation is expired or unregistered, select the checkbox next to the user name and click Actions. Select Resend invitation.
- If the invitation is registered, select the checkbox next to the user name and click Actions. Select Reset password. Resetting the password allows you to choose between sending an email for a password reset or copying a password reset link to your clipboard that you can send to the user.
Alternatively, you can select the option Change authentication type. This option erases the currently configured authentication methods and requires the user to set it up again on their next login.
