HaloPSA
Description
The HaloPSA professional services automation (PSA) software contains a tool that allows you to integrate the services with NinjaOne's remote monitoring and management (RMM) software. The integration makes it easier and more efficient for MSPs to manage devices and the services they provide their customers, saving them time and resources to better serve their clients. You can read our official announcement at HaloPSA and NinjaOne Save MSPs Time and Resources with New Integration - NinjaOne (external).
The integration is enabled and managed from the HaloPSA side, but we have also provided instructions here for your convenience.
Before you begin to enable the integration, be sure you have the following information ready:
- NinjaOne server location
- USA (https://app.ninjarmm.com)
- USA2 (https://us2.ninjarmm.com)
- Europe (https://eu.ninjarmm.com)
- Australia (https://oc.ninjarmm.com)
- Canada (https://ca.ninjarmm.com)
You do not need an API Access Key to enable the integration.

To Enable
Refer to HaloPSA Guides NinjaOne Integration - HaloPSA (external) to learn how to enable the integration. You must complete this process from your account in HaloPSA.
Configure the Integration
The following sections provide links to NinjaOne Dojo help guides. If you are new to NinjaOne, these links should help you set up the data required for mapping on the NinjaOne Integration page in HaloPSA.
Organizations & Locations
The entities referred to as "customers" in Halo are called "organizations" in NinjaOne. These divisions contain customer data, such as a hierarchy of locations and devices. Before you can complete mapping, you must create the organization in NinjaOne.
Alerting
The NinjaOne integration in HaloPSA allows you to process alerts via webhooks; to create a new webhook in NinjaOne, refer to our Notification Channels article.
