Full Versus Extended Agent Support
- Full: We have thoroughly tested the operating systems and provide full support and troubleshooting for related issues.
- Extended: These operating systems have the same underlying core components as those in full support. We do not fully validate or test these machines directly, but they should be functional. Fix times may be slower for these versions. Depending on the extent of the problem, we may be unable to resolve the issue.
