Issue
Backups for a protected endpoint fail with the error message, "Error 342: NAS Write Error."

Cause
NinjaOne Backup is unable to write data to the NAS share. The device may be out of space or have encountered a connectivity interruption.
Resolution
Check connectivity between the endpoint and the NAS share and free up space on the share as required.
