Description

As part of recent changes to our partner ecosystem, TeamViewer has ended its agreement with NinjaOne. As a result, TeamViewer will no longer be available through NinjaOne after the end of 2025, and all customers currently using it will need to transition to an alternative.

How to Migrate from TeamViewer to NinjaOne Remote

By default, to avoid unexpected software downloads to end-user devices, the NinjaOne Remote setup procedure does not deploy the Remote Streamer. This component installs during your technicians' first use of Ninja Remote with each end user, which takes 15 to 30 seconds to complete. If you prefer to install the Remote Streamer immediately upon NinjaOne Remote deployment, activate the Automatically update streamer setting under Default Streamer Settings for your organization.
