NinjaOne Integrations: Webroot Troubleshooting: Webroot is Not Displaying in My Software Inventory

Issue

After enabling the integration and deploying the antivirus at the policy level, Webroot is not showing in the Software tab on the Device Dashboard.

  • NinjaOne Integrations
  • Webroot or OpenText

Cause

This issue may be due to a missing Webroot key in the device registry.

Resolution

NinjaOne uses the following registry location to build the software inventory:

ComputerHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREWOW6432NodeMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionUninstall

Verify whether Webroot has a key in this registry location. If the key is missing, use the following resources to contact Webroot Support for more information about why a key was not generated during the installation: Contact Support | OpenText Cybersecurity (external link).
