Bitdefender GravityZone Partner Account Registration and Provisioning

Topic

This article explains how to create a partner role account for the Bitdefender GravityZone integration with NinjaOne, which is necessary for optimal synchronization and mapping.

Environment

  1. NinjaOne integrated vendors
  2. Bitdefender GravityZone

Description

Your Bitdefender GravityZone integration with NinjaOne must be registered with an email that doesn't have a corresponding account in GravityZone. That is, a GravityZone account with a partner role must be created, and that account must have the same email as the one used to log in to NinjaOne (for security purposes).

GravityZone accounts are provisioned in the region matching the NinjaOne account as outlined in the table below.

If you are migrating your account from one region to another, the integration will break. You must uninstall all devices and get a new GZ console in your new account region.

If you are using an existing GravityZone license that is not provisioned by NinjaOne, it must be moved under the NinjaOne Tenancy. You can do this by following the steps below.

  1. From the GravityZone console, click the account dropdown at the top of the page and select My Company
The My Company configuration page displays.
  2. Open the Licensing tab.
  3. Under Bitdefender Partner, click Change Partner
  4. Refer to the table above to determine your GravityZone instance, and then use the appropriate code below to enter into the Company hash field.

  5. At the bottom of the page, click Change Partner to confirm and save.

See Bitdefender GravityZone: Integration Guide for further instructions and important notes on the integration.
