This article covers what NinjaOne can and cannot back up for various M365 scenarios.
Note that there are multiple tabs. The first tab ("Backup and Restore Options") covers the various options for backing up and restoring/migrating/downloading the data for that scenario. The other tabs cover the different backup types and review what can be backed up and restored.

Restore

- Select a destination within the mailbox account.

Migrate
- Available sources for the scope of migration:

- Select a destination from a different mailbox account.
Download
What can be downloaded:

You can download the data in EML or PST format.

Backup
Frequency: 24 hours (1 day)
Restore
- Available sources for the scope of restoration:
- Account from the dashboard page
- Selected message from view list/view individual page
- Multiple accounts from the advanced search page
- Select a destination from the same or different OneDrive account(s). You can choose the version of the restore file/folder in:
Latest version
Latest and previous version
If a conflict occurs, use one of the following options:
- Create a copy
- Append
- Overwrite
- Skip
Download

- Multiple accounts from the advanced search page
SharePoint
Backup
Frequency:
- Three times a day if the system finds new data, or
- Every 3 days if the system does not find new data
