RepairShopr: Integration Guide and API Key

The following guide goes over how to set up the RepairShopr integration with NinjaOne. You must have an existing account with RepairShopr to proceed with the integration.

Important Note: The RepairShopr integration works a bit differently than our other PSA integrations. Whether notification options in NinjaOne are set to ON or OFF, all alerts from NinjaOne show up in RepairShopr in a staging area. From there, you can then choose to close the alert in NinjaOne or keep the alert active and open a ticket in RepairShopr.

RepairShopr is not available in the NinjaOne FedRAMP instance.

Obtaining the RepairShopr API Key:

When setting up RepairShopr in NinjaOne, you will be asked to provide an API key from your account in RepairShopr. To find this API key:

  1. Click your account icon in RepairShopr and select Profile/Password
