Issue
Error displays when attempting to integration Bitdefender GravityZone with NinjaOne.
Environment
- NinjaOne integrated vendors
- Bitdefender GravityZone
Cause
The Bitdefender GravityZone account was not provisioned with the correct partner company.
Resolution
User must register the GravityZone integration with an email that doesn't have a corresponding account in GravityZone. The user must create a GravityZone account with a partner role and that account must have the same email as the one used to log in to NinjaOne (for security purposes).
