Description
Find the More Filters button at the end of the basic search filters on the Devices search page.

Select an option to learn more about the data it provides and how to use the filter:
Asset
Refer to the following table for definitions of the filters provided for the Asset section.
| Filter Name | Description or Purpose |
|---|---|
| Asset ID | Enter asset identification numbers, separated by commas or spaces. |
| Asset Status | View devices that contain or do not contain a certain status. |
| Purchase Amount | View devices related to the software license purchase amount from the asset management app. |
| Purchase Date | View devices related to the software license purchase date from the asset management app. |
| Expected Lifespan | Select an amount of time in the future. |
| End of Life Date | Select an amount of time in the future or a date range. |
| Asset Serial Number | Enter asset serial numbers separated by commas or spaces. |
| Asset Relationship | Display all devices that are related to devices in a specific search group. |
| Lifecycle State | Search for approved, staged, or decommissioned devices. |
Backup
Refer to the following table for definitions of the filters provided for the Backup section.
| Filter Name | Description or Purpose |
|---|---|
| Backup enabled status | If backup is or ever was enabled, users can filter searches by Backup enabled/disabled. You can change the status on the device dashboard under Settings. |
| Backup installed status | If backup is or ever was enabled, users can filter searches by Backup installed or not installed. |
| Backup plan type status | View devices with a specific plan type (file/folder, image, legacy) that is either enabled or disabled. |
Device
Refer to the following table for definitions of the filters provided for the Device section.
| Filter Name | Description or Purpose |
|---|---|
| Active Directory Controllers | Select this filter to view all devices classified as an AD domain controller. NinjaOne automatically detects whether a machine is an AD Domain Controller. |
| Activities | Activities show events for devices, such as a triggered condition. Learn more about Activities. |
| Any Condition Triggered | Conditions are set up at the policy level. If any of the conditions you set were triggered for a device, the affected devices display. Click the yellow icon in the Health Detail column to view the condition(s) that were triggered. In the condition modal, click the blue down arrow to see options for reset or ticketing. |
| Architecture | You can select either 32 or 64-bit from the additional drop-down menu, or both. |
| BitLocker Status | View devices that have BitLocker enabled, disabled, or unknown. You can select more than one status. |
| Condition Triggered | View devices that contain or do not contain any condition(s) selected from the list. This filter differs from "Any Condition Triggered" in that the condition does not have to be triggered for it to be included in the search. |
| Contains Text | Search device name, device make, device model, FQDN, BIOS, IP addresses, last logged in user, device note content, policy name and OS build number. |
| Custom Field | Select a custom field from the additional dropdowns for either any or all and determine the criteria (contains, does not contain, equals, does not equal, exists, does not exist). Click Add to include search criteria. You can filter for multiple custom fields. |
| Device Make | Enter the device make into the search field and then select "contains" or "does not contain" any or all of the criteria entered. |
| Device Name | Enter the device name into the search field and then select "contains" or "does not contain" any or all of the criteria entered. |
| Device Threats | Search for devices that show threats that are active, blocked, quarantined or any combination of threat status. |
| Devices Requiring Reboot |

| Devices with Install Issues | View devices that meet the selected filter criteria. |
| Domain | Search for devices joined to or excluded from specific domains. You can include multiple domain names to search, with the option to view results containing any or all of the search criteria or exclude any or all of the search criteria. |
| Downtime | View devices that have been down for a specified number of minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, or years. Use the plus or minus buttons to increase or decrease the number, respectively, and select a unit of time from the drop-down menu. |
| FileVault Status | View devices that have a FileVault status of either "OFF" or "ON". |
| Free Drive Space | View devices that reflect the specified amount of free space in GB. You can specify the amount of free space as "less than or equal to X," "greater than or equal to X," "greater than X," "less than X," or a "range" between two numbers. |
| Last Uptime | View devices that were active at a specified time. Use the plus/minus buttons to increase or decrease the number, respectively, and select a unit of time from the drop-down menu. Note that this will show devices that were active in the past but may not be currently online or active. For example, if Amount is set to "2" and Time is set to "Minutes," then all devices that were active 2 minutes ago will be displayed, even if it is currently offline. |
| Logged in users | View devices based on the last detected login by a user. |
| Maintenance Mode | View devices that have Maintenance Mode configured, in progress, failed, or a combination of the criteria. |
| Manufacturer Fulfillment Date | View devices with warranty tracking enabled and have the date filled out for the device. |
| MDM Status and Enrollment |

| Mobile Phone Carrier | Select a phone carrier to view all related devices. |
| Mobile Phone EID | Find a device by its Enterprise identifier. |
| Mobile Phone IMEI | Find a device by its International Mobile Equipment Identity number. |
| Needs reboot | View devices that meet the selected filter criteria. Click the green icon in the Health Detail column to see the reason why the device needs to be rebooted; in the health modal, click the blue down arrow to reboot the device. |
| NMS Delegate | View devices that are acting as a delegate for network management services. This does not include NMS device types. An NMS delegate is installed on a device that is monitored by the NMS. |
| Notes | Filter devices by notes verbiage, if notes have been added to a device activity feed. |
| OS Install Date | View devices that have an OS (operating system) installation date that is either "greater than or equal to" or "less than or equal to" a specified number of days, weeks, months, or years in the past. |
| Policies | Filter devices by managing policy. You can select multiple policies to search at once. |
| Running Actions | Select one or more types of actions to view devices currently running those actions. |
| TeamViewer ID | Type the TeamViewer ID number and then click outside the search filter to see results. |
| Total Drive Space | View devices that reflect the specified amount of total drive space in GB. You can specify the amount of space as "less than or equal to X," "greater than or equal to X," "greater than X," "less than X," or a "range" between two numbers. |
| TPM Status | View devices with a TPM (trusted platform module) that is either enabled, disabled, not detected, or any combination of the three criteria. |
| Uptime | View devices that have been active for a specified number of minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, or years. The amount of time selected here will reflect the minimum—for example, selecting "3 minutes" may show devices that have a total current uptime of 3 months (there is no maximum). |
| Warranty End Date | View devices that have a warranty expiration date that is either "greater than or equal to" or "less than or equal to" a specified number of days, weeks, months, or years in the future. |
| Warranty Start Date | View devices that have a warranty start date that is either "greater than or equal to" or "less than or equal to" a specified number of days, weeks, months, or years in the past. |
Inventory
Refer to the following table for definitions of the filters provided for the Inventory section.

| Memory Capacity | View devices that reflect the specified amount of total memory capacity in GB. You can specify the capacity as "less than or equal to X," "greater than or equal to X," "greater than X," "less than X," or a "range" between two numbers. |
| OS | View devices that match the selected operating system. You can select one or more options from the available list. |
| OS (with edition) | View devices and editions that match the selected operating system. You can select one or more options from the available list. |
| OS Type | View device types that match the selected operating system. You can select one or more options from the available list. |
| OS Version | View device types that match the selected operating system versions (build, major, minor, or release). Once you select the version type, enter the version number into the available text field and select whether you want to search based on whether the device does or does not contain part or all of the data. |
| Processor Type | View devices that match the selected processor type. You can select one or more options from the available list. |
| Software Inventory | Select "Contains" or "Does not contain" from the first drop-down and then click Add to select the software criteria. You can search for existing items by publisher value and name. If you filter by software name, all associated publishers will be included in the results. |
Network
Refer to the following table for definitions of the filters provided for the Network section.

| DNS Server | Filter devices by a specific DNS server name. Press Enter between each server ID to extend the filter to multiple devices. |
| Gateway IP | Filter devices by a specific network Gateway IP address. Press Enter (on your keyboard) between each address to extend the filter to multiple devices. |
| IP Address | Filter devices by specific IP address. Press Enter (on your keyboard) between each address to extend the filter to multiple devices. |
| Public IP | Filter devices by specific public IP address. Press Enter between each address to extend the filter to multiple devices. |
Patching
Refer to the following table for definitions of the filters provided for the Patching section.

| Last OS Patch Install | View devices that have had a patch installed before or after a specified calendar date. |
| Last OS Patch Scan | View devices that have had a patch scan performed before or after a specified calendar date. |
| OS Patches | Select "Contains" or "Does not contain" from the first drop-down and one or more patch types from the second drop-down. Click Add to include the specific patches to filter. To remove a selected patch, hover your cursor over the row to see the Clear button. |
| OS Patching Enabled | Select whether you would like to view devices that have OS patching enabled or disabled. |
| Software Patches | Select "Contains" or "Does not contain" from the first drop-down and one or more patch types from the second drop-down. Click Add to include the specific patches to filter. |
| Software Patching Enabled | Select whether you would like to view devices that have software patching enabled or disabled. |
| Windows Patching Mode | Select one or more Windows patching criteria to filter devices. |
Vulnerabilities

| CVE Severity | Search for devices by the severity of the reported CVE. |
