What Slack channels will be available to configure with the Slack notification channels?
The NinjaRMM agent will request permission to access your Slack workspace. You must select a channel, either private or public, to which NinjaOne will post the notifications. You can also select a user for direct messaging.
Who can create a notification channel in NinjaOne?
Currently, only system administrators can create a new notification channel.
What types of notification channels are available?
NinjaOne currently offers email, SMS, Slack, PagerDuty, Microsoft Teams, and webhook channels.
What types of NinjaOne-related events can have notifications pushed to configured notification channels?
All NinjaOne-related events, except scheduled tasks, can be pushed through notification channels.
Can you turn off automated responses to end users when they open a ticket?
Yes. Navigate to Administration → Apps → NinjaOne Ticketing and edit the System Email Notifications under the General tab.
