How often does IT Glue run a sync with NinjaOne?
Syncs are scheduled to run an hour after the previous sync finishes and every 3 hours thereafter.
What is the expectation when the device name changes in NinjaOne?
When you change a computer name, the change will be reported in ITGlue. However, ITGlue will not update the configuration item in the console.
What is the expectation when a device is deleted from NinjaOne?
If you delete a device from NinjaOne, the device will no longer report to ITGlue. The ITGlue configuration item will continue to exist, although it will no longer be connected with a NinjaOne device.
What happens if I delete or rename an organization in NinjaOne?
If you delete a NinjaOne organization, the devices in the organization will no longer report to ITGlue. The ITGlue configuration items will continue to exist, but they will no longer be connected with NinjaOne devices.
If you rename a NinjaOne organization, ITGlue will report the change for the customer, but will not update the ITGlue organization name in the console.
What happens when I delete a device from ITGlue (but not from NinjaOne)?
If you delete a configuration in ITGlue and the corresponding NinjaOne device remains, the NinjaRMM agent will continue to report to ITGlue and attempt to match it with another IT Glue configuration.
What happens when I remove the entire ITGlue integration from NinjaOne?
If you remove the integration in NinjaOne (and therefore revoke the API key), the integration in ITGlue will fail on its next sync attempt. All data synced thus far will continue to exist in ITGlue, but updates to RMM-synced fields for configurations will cease.
