Issue
Pre-flight checks for a protected endpoint's backup job fail with the error message, "Error 303: NAS path not set up on the device."

Cause
This error occurs when a Network Attached Storage (NAS) path is not configured for the device.
Resolution
To configure your NAS volume, follow the steps described in NinjaOne Backup: Network Storage: Setting up Network Storage. Then, attempt the backup job again.
