Q: Who can configure health statuses?

  • A: For legacy permissions, only system administrators have the ability to configure health statuses. For new User Permissions, the ability to set health statuses is a permission that can be assigned to particular roles/technicians.

 

Q: When health statuses are customized, are these settings applicable to the entire account?

  • A: Yes. The health statuses are configured at the account level and therefore are the same for all users.

 

Q: Can I configure different health statuses for different Ninja organizations?

  • A: Currently, health statuses are configured at the account level and will be universal across all organizations.

 

Q: Can Ninja monitor SANs for RAID health status?

  • A:  Ninja supports Dell and Hewlett Packard (HP) RAID controllers for monitoring purposes (HP's Mega Raid controllers are currently not supported). See Policies: Condition Types Breakdown for more information.
