This article explains how to add or change the assigned owner of a device in NinjaOne.

NinjaOne Endpoint Management
Description
Assign a user to a device or change the assignment directly from the NinjaOne platform. Once assigned, you can switch to a different user or remove ownership.

Change Ownership from the Devices Search Page
To change a device's assigned user from the Devices search page, select a device and click Edit → Assigned user and select a new owner from the modal.
Change Ownership from the Device Dashboard
To change a device's assigned user from the device dashboard, click Edit → Assigned user in the top right corner of the page and then select a user from the modal.
