Q: Who is the target audience for the NinjaOne Technician certification?

• A: The program is targeted to both new and experienced NinjaOne technicians who want to learn new skills and validate their expertise.

Q: What is the cost to participate in the certification program?

• A: Participation is free of charge.

Q: Am I required to complete all training modules to earn NinjaOne technician certification?

• A: Yes, you must complete all training courses and pass the final exam with a score of greater than or equal to 80%.

Q: Can I exit a course at any time to resume training later?

• A: Yes. When you return, the academy allows you to restart exactly where you left off.

Q: After I complete the final exam, how do I determine my status?

• A: After you complete the final exam, a message box appears with your final score and instructions to proceed. You also receive a confirmation email. Depending on your exam results, the email contains instructions either to manage your certificate or to retake the exam.

Q: How do I enroll in NinjaOne Technician certification?

• A: Please first review the full syllabus and FAQs. Then, sign in to the NinjaOne web app and navigate to system Help (?) > NinjaOne Academy (steps are further outlined below). If the academy is not listed, please reach out to your account manager.

Q: How do I access the NinjaOne Academy?

• A: You can access our NinjaOne Academy straight from the NinjaOne console!

  1. From most pages in NinjaOne, click the help resources icon in the top right corner.
  2. Click NinjaOne Academy. 
     
     The NinjaOne Academy opens in a separate tab.
  3. Open the Certifications tab and select the NinjaOne Technician Certification. 
     

Q: How do I access the NinjaOne Academy from a branded site?

• To confirm that the NinjaOne Academy link is available under the help icon for your branded site, navigate to Administration > General > Branding and edit the Website settings. Then, confirm that the 'NinjaOne Academy' option under the 'Help resources menu' settings is enabled.
  

Q: When does training material in the Academy/certifications get updated to reflect the latest release?

• A: Training materials are updated to reflect product changes in the latest release after that release has been deployed to all instances. The NA instance is generally the last instance to receive releases, so the updated material is typically deployed alongside the NA release deployment.
