Remember My Details” Box Wont Close on the Systray Form

Issue

"I am unable to prevent users from seeing the 'Remember my details' box on the Systray form."

Cause

The registry key (Microsoft Windows) or configuration file (Apple macOS, Ubuntu Linux) is missing.

Resolution

Ensure that the following registry key (for Windows) or configuration file (for Mac or Linux) is present:

For Windows systems:

For macOS:

/Applications/NinjaRMMAgent/programfiles/config/agent.conf

For Linux:
